Onam , the traditional festival of our State was celebrated at our school on 29th August. The floral carpet displaying a girl performing mohiniyaattam, really captured the attention of everyone. Everybody dressed in traditional attire, the presence of colourful flowers and decorations everywhere, the cultural programmes everything added to the festival mood. The grandeur with which Mahabali entered the scenario, accompanied by the reigning and cheering students filled the air with excitement and joy. The games like Tug of War and and filling up the bottle were also part of the programme. Onam celebration is incomplete without Onasadhya. Tasting different flavours served on a banana leaf was a different experience. The different flavours served on the banana leaf brought the flavour of the traditional festival in the hearts of many. Onam celebration came to an end adding one more page to the book of memories. |

We provide a solid foundation which allows each student to make a positive impact in the community.
The Indian mission was the dream and desire of mother Alba Pescatori, who was then the Superior General of the Congregation. The dream was happily realized by her staunch faith in God and preserving prayer and sacrifice. A group of 4 Venerini Sisters led by Sr.Lea Altigieri landed in India and they were accommodated by the Sisters of Charity in Calicut. With the help of late Bishop Rt.Rev. Aldo Maria Patroni and Rev.Fr.Joseph Vergotini S.J, the sisters could find a small plot with a house which belonged to late.Mr.John Valander...
